Texas® True Colors® Leather Collection (TTCLC) warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your item with an equivalent leather item should you have a defect with your leather purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, damages caused by airline or common carrier, misuse, theft or accident.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is specific rights and other rights may vary from state to state.

This policy is only for items purchased from this website. Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in and will require an RMA Number obtained from our customer service center. Used products are non-refundable and engraved products are non-refundable.
